I purchased a $250 card and sent it to a person. They sent back a screenshot to say the card had already been redeemed. Apple said “sorry, not our problem.” You should go to CVS where you bought it. The card was new, sealed and not tampered with. Has this ever happened to anyone before and what can I do to resolve it. I had hoped Apple could tell me where it was redeemed but it took them an hour on the phone to say we have nothing to offer, but it’s not our fault.
