Hi , when I tried to load it to my wallet a box appears saying service failure , technical issue try again later

Did you have a chance to contact Boots, as we mentioned in our last reply? If not, check with them that their card supports Apple Pay and the Apple Wallet app.

If they advise that they do support Apple Pay and the Apple Wallet app, there may be an issue on their side, so make sure to give them the error message.


Here is some additional info about If you can't add a card to Apple Wallet to use with Apple Pay - Apple Support

Learn what steps to take if you can't add a card to the Wallet app to use with Apple Pay.

1. Check that you're able to use Apple Pay:
* Contact your card issuer to see if they support Apple Pay.
* Update to the latest version of iOSwatchOS, or macOS.
* Confirm that you have Face IDTouch ID, or a passcode set on your device
* Make sure that you are in a supported country or region.
* Check that your device is compatible with Apple Pay.
2. Check for service outages or connection issues.
3. Contact your bank or card issuer if you see the following error messages while adding your card to Apple Wallet: 
* Could Not Add Card 
* Invalid Card 
* Card Device Limit 
Apple does not approve or decline cards for use with Apple Pay. If your card was declined, contact your bank or card issuer.

What exactly happens when you try to add this card to the Wallet app? And details you can share will help the community figure out how to best troubleshoot this with you. In the meantime, we would recommend making sure that you are following all of the steps in the following article to add that pass to Wallet: Add and use passes in Wallet on iPhone - Apple Support. If you're still not having luck, some good general troubelshooting would include making sure that your iPhone is up to date on the latest version of iOS (Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support) and that all of your apps in the App Store are up to date as well (How to manually update apps on your Apple device - Apple Support).


If the issue continues to occur, we would recommend reaching out to Boots directly to see if they can share some additional information on that card.
