Hey prajan51, you can update your AirPods by making sure that your AirPods are in Bluetooth range of your iPhone/iPad/Mac, and plug your AirPods on and set them down. AirPods automatically update, so unfortunately it's not like iOS or iPadOS, but this is Apple's recommended way.
