Missing audio language on movie Avatar - The way of water

Bulgarian and Czech audio is listed as available when purchased from the Bulgarian iTunes Store, using an Apple ID account that is set to Bulgaria. It wouldn’t include both these audio languages for accounts set for other regions.

Downloaded versions may have a subset of the available languages, as configured in TV app settings. Set additional languages that you wish to download, if available in the stream. (This setting doesn’t apply to streaming directly from Apple’s servers.)

If the above doesn’t resolve for your situation, then please contact the iTunes Store staff for issues with purchases of specific iTunes Store titles.

I’m having the same issue with Ukrainian store. The problem is the same. But on first week after purchase, the language was available for selection. But for now I only have original English audio and Ukrainian is gone unfortunately. Gave feedback through troubleshooting page. Also contacted support. Still the issue haven’t been resolved.

I’m living in bilingual household, so I would like my family to enjoy movie, with dubbed audio.

Hi, have you found any solution of this problem? I am from Czechia and I have got the same issue. I purchased different movie (Puss In Boots: The Last Wish) and watched it few times in Czech language, but recently, all the languages except English have disappeared, when playing the movie. However, they are still listed as available in the movie details.

same problem with the freshly released mario movie. quintillion audio languages listed, yet the movie is only available in english.

before telling the copypaste, my account/region/device language is set in hungary, always has been

I have posted the issue here around a month ago. Meanwhile, I contacted Apple support. It still has not been resolved. What more, there is another movie (Super Mario Bros.) with the same issue. Does anyone have an advice, please? It is really annoying.

Upd. This issue seems to be resolved for now. Finally. Also iTunes Extras is now available too.
