eBay App Tracking required for sign in

I’m not sure why but the eBay app is requiring me to allow app tracking to sign in with my google account. Has anyone else had this problem? How do you report it to Apple?

App tracking has stopped working. I use app tracking so that I can log in to Real Racing 3 on my iPad using Facebook. Yesterday the app tracking option was greyed out and the reason appears to be that my AppleID information does not include my age, which it does, and I’ve been retired 16 years. I tried logging out of AppleID and although the option reappears when I log back in it greys out again when I log into the game.

Why won’t my app tracking turn on while I’m signed in it will only turn on if I sign out of my Apple ID App tracking will not stay on unless I am signed out of my appleID
