Do scars affect the functionality or accuracy of the Apple Watch health sensors?
If you have no scars on the other wrist try recording a few parameters with the watch on each arm and if they match then your scar is not effecting performance.

As long as the sensors are touching skin (which isn't covered in dark tattoos), I would not think scars would impact the ability of the sensors to work.
