Adding songs from Itunes to Media Go on my PC
I purchased two songs in iTunes, but am unable to transfer them to Media Go, altho I have been able to do so many times until recently???

That doesn't sound like an iTunes issue as such, because iTunes (the programme) is not intended to work that way with other programmes, but let's see what we can do.
How do you usually add iTunes Store purchases to Media Go (what are the steps)? At which step does the procedure fail, or not do what you expect?
I would expect the usual procedure to be to use Media Go to look for the file (on your computer) for the songs. So the first step is to download the songs in question onto your computer. Do they appear in your iTunes Library (without a cloud icon next to them) and do they play?
