Why is my phone not working properly after installing the IOS 16.14.1 update? I cannot make any calls or receive calls. Text messaging won't work. I have turned off my phone & turned it back on 5 times. Each time it powers back up, the text message will come back up, and the calling feature will work again. but then after a while both features stop working again.
What is the problem?

Try reset network settings read here Return iPhone settings to their defaults - Apple Support
if that doesn't work contact your phone carrier cellular data, texting and calling are all their features.
