How do I refresh my Apple TV app on my iPhone to show all my current movies purchases?

Your purchased movies should appear in the Library > Movies tab in the Apple TV app: Buy movies and TV shows from the Apple TV app - Apple Support
If they aren't appearing, check your purchase history to make sure that the movies were purchased using the same Apple ID that is used on your iPhone: View your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and other Apple media services - Apple Support
