Iphone missing in the shipping box
Hello. This morning I recived an empty shipping box in which there was supposed to be a new Iphone 14 pro. It was transported through UPS. Who do I contact?

Start by contacting Apple Support Support
They can give you the shipping info, tracking number, etc
Then, you will need to contact UPS since UPS is responsible from the time that the package is picked up at Apple until it is delivered.
Unfortunately, UPS may claim that the package was delivered and they are no longer responsible.
