Why are blocked contacts still coming into my iPad Pro inbox?
I am getting so many spam emails. I block the contacts and they sometimes still get into my inbox, why?

Hello TrixieSmith,
We understand you've blocked certain contacts but emails are still going to your Inbox in Mail, not to Trash. The first thing to look at are Settings on your iPad.
Go to Settings > Mail > Blocked. Confirm the email address you are referring to are showing listed. Also, once you've blocked an email address, the mail messages already received will still show in your Inbox. Any future emails from that address should move to Trash.
