Why does my Apple Watch resets my activity In middle of the day?

Either you are in a wrong time zone, or you have manually entered time in 12 hour mode on iphone and are 12 hours out.
Set up iphone Time and Date as automatic, check your time zone, then unpair and set Watch up again without restoring backup.
