Hey WaseemFaraz,

AirPods 3rd Generation does not support noise cancellation. They do however support spatial audio. If you want noise cancellation and transparency mode then you will have to purchase the AirPods Pro or AirPods Pro 2. Those are the ones with the silicon tips.
