Do deleting apps on an iPad deletes it from a new one?
I have 2 iPads - if I delete the Hotmail app on my old iPad, will it automatically be deleted from my new iPad? (I want it to remain on the new one)

No. Deleting an App from a device will not affect Apps installed on any other devices.
