Can I connect a smart keyboard and magic mouse to play Roblox? If I can, there are lots of smart keyboard models. Which one shall I use? And which gen? Hoping for help.

That would be a question for the developers of Roblox. Apple has nothing to do with that. If the games support keyboard and mouse, you should be able to use them. Seems from what I can find, that is very hit an miss whether the keyboard and mouse are able to be used on Roblox when used on an iPad.
