Gopro claims its not their fault
Hi,
I am using Gopro Quick, in the APP I am offered a years subscription for 50% off, but when trying to accept the offer, I get the message "Unable to reach iTunes store, Please try again", over the past 1.5 weeks I tried and tried always same answer, so I decided to contact the Gopro support, they were very friendly and promised to look into it, then next day I got an email saying, they couldn't see any problem on their side, but I could just go on their website and buy the subscription for full price.
So I contacted them again and told them this is not a solution, I am promised 50% discount and I want them.
Again the support promised to look into it and again next day same reply.
So in the APP I saw there are also the possibility to buy a years subscription to Quick, but this has no discount and is at full price, so I tried it and what do you know, it had no problem connecting to iTunes, so immediately I tried to buy the Gopro subscription, but low and behold, suddenly it couldn't connect to iTunes...
Today I contacted the support again and told them that there is no problem buying something from within the APP at full asking price, this time they threw their hands up and said: "this is beyond our control".
So how do I get to the bottom of this, and who should solve it?
