Install in Progress

I have an install in progress that is not letting me install updates, or reboot my macOS. The install in progress is StatefulFirewall, which I have no idea what that is. Every time I force quit this install in progress it seems to pop back up. Could someone help please? I am running a macOS Monterey.

I think that is some form of adware.

Start up in Safe Mode, then download EtreCheck. It should allow you to remove it.
