Installing the security key Yubiky 5c NFC.

’m trying to install a yubikey 5c nfc security key on my mac pro. upon installing it ask to identify my key board. It asking me to press the blank key beside the shift key. There is no blank key but the Z key, will not in stall the key board.

Those keyboard checkers DO want you to press the z key, if that is the key next to shift on the left side.


The code generated will help identify exactly what keyboard you are using. Other layouts will generate a different code for that right-of-shift key, so omitting the glyph is not intending to say that key is actually blank. (no keys are blank, ever.)
