Apple Watch Lost
I misplace my apple watch but I did get apple care. Is there any way I can get a replacement since I am still paying for it on my Apple card?

No. AppleCare+ for Apple Watch does NOT cover lost or stolen watches. It is for damaged devices. If you can't find your watch, you will have to buy a new watch. You would then cancel the AppleCare+ plan you bought for the missing watch and if you are owed for any unused portion of the plan, Apple will refund that. But they will not replace the missing watch.
