My iPhone 14 is acting weird.

This started just today. This Phone is no 2 months old.

Today it started that when I open an app, it sometimes instantly freezes. I can close it and the home menu just works as normal, but the app won‘t work after multiple times reopening.

I also occasionally don‘t get Messages as if Background updates were turned off, and when I try to turn the phone off with the volume up and the power button, nothing happened. Just a few moments ago I got the screen for turning it off literally 10 minutes after pressing the buttons.

I force restarted the phone a few times then it worked for a short while but it eventually comes back.

I have no idea what this is.
