App usage
Unable to launch any apps. When I turn on my apple tv it works as expected but when I click an app, the tv sends me back to the home screen

- Disconnect the Apple TV from power for a minute or so, then reconnect. Then try again.
- Close all open apps from the App Switcher. Then try again.
- If the issue persists, then contact the Apple Support staff for further assistance.
