Why is Apple TV app on my Samsung tv not working after checking everything?

Why is my Apple TV app not working on my Samsung TV?I have checked every connection and still not working. Any ideas without resetting the app

What do you mean “not working”? How far do you get? What happens instead of what you expected? Do you get an error message? What does it say?
