I saw instructions from 2018 and of course things have changed.
I want links from Apple Mail to open in my default browser which is set to Firefox and it doesn't do it.
Please advise.

This was a problem in earlier versions of Ventura but was fixed in 13.2.1.
But now we are up to 13.3.1 (And it is still fixed)

Try booting into Safe Mode then restart normally. Sometimes that will fix anomalies.

I followed the instructions for how to use safe mode and it didn't match what I saw.
However, after a couple of shut downs and start ups, it seems to be working correctly now.

It opens Safari which is not set as my default browser.
