Hi fmn9or,

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities. You can delete old passwords from iCloud Keychain on your device. It looks like you may have iOS and macOS devices so here are the steps we recommend. On Mac, do the following from Remove a passkey or password from your Mac and iCloud Keychain.

1. On your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click Passwords in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.)
2. Click the Info button for the website.
3. Click Edit.
4. Click Delete Password or Delete Passkey.
5. Click Delete Password or Delete Passkey (again).

On your iOS device, you can find your passwords using these steps from How to find saved passwords and passkeys on your iPhone.

View saved passwords and passkeys in Settings
1. Tap Settings, then select Passwords. In iOS 13 or earlier, select Passwords & Accounts, then tap Website & App Passwords.
2. Use Face ID or Touch ID when prompted, or enter your passcode.
3. To see a password or passkey, select a website or app.
• To delete a saved password or passkey, tap Delete Password or Delete Passkey.
• To update a password or passkey, tap Edit.

Take care.
