Safari, Numbers, Telegram crashing

One day, after restarting my computer, my iMac stopped working properly. Applications often crash. Safari, Numbers, Telegram... Usually this happens after working with the clipboard (copy/paste). The application hangs (Spinning pinwheel) after which, either the application crashes or continues to work. I'm tired of sending reports to Apple. I can't work normally with the computer. Even now, while writing this text, Safari unexpectedly closed 5 times!
