Well I have no issue with your link in Safari on my macOS 13.3.1

You can try restore default fonts on your system and see if it resolves.

Ether FontBook>Settings or in your macOS possibly under >File >>Reset/Restore

If it is one isolated website you encounter the issue— I would simply use a browser that works
