Can't get past login screen. I'm setting up macbook pro and see a user name that I think is wrong. Maybe I used my name instead of email? Password provided by seller doesn't work. My apple password doesn't work and there are no tabs to get to settings. What can I do?
if the seller gave you a password then that would match the sellers user, not your appleID or otherwise user
then if the sellers user is admin you can create a new admin and remove the sellers user
