Can't log into my MacBook Pro with forgotten Apple ID password

my MacBook shut down and sign me out from my Apple ID, now it’s asking me to put a name and my password, I tried putting my email and my name on the “name” option but it won’t work, how can I resolve this issue and find my name/username with my MacBook shut down?
