podcast verification error message

I am trying to upload my podcast from Podbean. I'm getting this error "Podcast artwork must be between 1400 x 1400 and 3000 x 3000 pixels, JPG or PNG, in RGB color space, and hosted on a server that allows HTTP head requests."

My image is exactly 1400 x 1400 pixels, 52 KB in size. Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong?

It is 1120 x 1120 px and so below the minimum requirement of 1400 x 1400 px. If you are sure you submitted a correctly sized image to Podbean you should take it up with them. I've come across this situation before, but I've never seen evidence as to whether Podbean is shrinking images (I can't see why they would, they must know the requirements) or there is some other explanation.

Also: your image has an alpha channel - you need to flatten that: it won't be accepted as it is.
