My phone is on wifi and can't update. Has cellular issue warning. I can't make any calls and trouble with text messages. What do I do?

Depending on this cellular error, this could be related to the following on failed cellular updates: If you see a Cellular, Ultra Wideband, or Apple Pay Issue message after an iOS update or restart If you indeed see this error, then we'd recommend taking the related steps for a solution.
In case you still have issues, make sure to update the iPhone and cellular network settings for the latest fixes:
