Camera Remote app is gone in apple watch

camera remote app is gone, when i search for it in the app store of apple watch it shows the open button but clicking on it doesn't do anything, and when i ask siri in apple watch to open camera it say "i couldn't open 'camera remote'. sorry about that".

Turned off content and Privacy restrictions in screen time settings on the iPhone, even though when we looked at them they looked correct camera was an allowed app - Turned content and privacy restrictions off anyways- the camera remote showed straight away on the Watch

The first (and simplest) thing to try if something isn’t working right is to restart your Apple Watch and its paired iPhone. If necessary (device not responding), try a forced restart. Both methods can be found here:

If that doesn't help, the next steps would be to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup just created. This should result in no loss of data. It deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.
