How to remove hidden information after deleting app
iPhone 11, iOS 14
I tried looking throughout iCloud but I don’t see anything. The financial app went through an update and now I don’t have access. I have tried deleting and reinstalling. I do notice while in the App Store, other apps use the word (get) to install new but the app I want says(open). I believe its telling me the info his hidden. I have an iPhone 11
The app is not hidden. Or it is hiding in plain sight in the App Library, the last page of the Home screen. You didn’t delete the app, you only removed it from the Home screen. If you didn’t see an option to remove the app, and you have Screen Time enabled, go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions/iTunes & App Store Purchases and change Deleting Apps to Allow.
the app is not located in the library. I did follow your steps to check and see that I am allowing items to be deleted.

Not Seeing Hidden Apps Info:
A. Hiding App Purchase Transaction Info:
You will see this app in you Purchase History, hidden or not. That has always been the case.
B. Removed from the Apps Library:
Sometimes, items are removed from the App Store Library or iTunes Library, and then never became accessible again. In that case, you just would never see the specs, unless you look on the Developer's site.
When you delete an app, all relevant information that was available is deleted. What may be left may be content stored in iCloud, in case you want to download the app again.
If the app you deleted has stored content in iCloud, you can find and delete it here:
Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Account Storage. If you can't find the app in that list, then there's nothing more you can do. "Leftovers" in System Data will over time be overwritten and deleted.
If the App Store says Open then the app has to be on the phone.
As Lawrence Finch writes, "Open" in the App Store means that the app is still on your iPhone. Try checking again in the App Library, and use search function at the top.
Try also doing a Forced Restart:
1. Press and quickly release Volume Up
2. Press and quickly release Volume Down
3. Press and hold the Side Button, the phone will restart. Release when you see the Apple Logo.
Once your iPhone has restarted, check if the app has returned.
