Hi tk1-e5q,

We appreciate you reaching out to us.

We’d like to gather additional details that may help us be in a better position to assist you.

  1. Does it help if you restart your iPhone? Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
  2. Have you had the chance to use a different Wi-Fi network to activate your iMessage?
  3. Also, are you using a VPN on your device, on your router, or access point?

In the meantime, let’s check for a software update and make sure that you are running the latest version of iOS 15.

While it isn't inherently assured that an update will resolve the issue, updating to the latest software version for your device can help isolate potential software issues.

Kindly secure a backup and update.

  2. Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Then try the steps below.

  1. "Make sure that you’re connected to a cellular data or Wi-Fi network.
  2. If you're using an iPhone, you need SMS messaging to activate your phone number with iMessage and FaceTime. Depending on your carrier, you might be charged for this SMS.
  3. Go to Settings > General > Date & Time and make sure that your time zone is set correctly."
