I'm already subscribed to apple TV on my phone but can't get it on my TV what do I do

Please sign in to the Apple TV app, through the in-app Settings (sprockets wheel icon), with the Apple ID account that has the subscription linked to it.
If you did that, and you still do not succeed in signing in, then what error message did you get?
