I don't see the 3 dots at upper right (instructions say to click on theses to open savings). But in Wallet under the "view Apple Card benefits" it directs me to Safari, where an option prompts "Get started with savings" allows me to begin the process to open the savings account. Is this a legit option, or should I contact support to inquire about the 3 dots?

I have done all of the above. Since I do not see the 3 dots. But under the Apple Card file, should I just apply for the card under the "view Apple Card benefits? It leads me to the steps to apply for the savings account.
