How can I remove my previous card to my iPhone wallet and upload again a new one in my own country now

remove my stc pay card to my wallet and I want to replace new one

Has your Region changed? You may need to update/change your region first.

Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support

Once Region is accurate, try adding the new card first, then delete the old card.
