How to move iTunes account and playlists to a new computer

I have my iTunes account with music playlist on my desktop computer, and bought a new computer. I can easily downloand iTunes to new computer, but how do I transfer my iTunes music over to that? fyi, both are Dell computers running different versions of Windows (old-8.1, new- probably 11)
