My WiFi and Bluetooth will not work on my iPhone

Wifi and Bluetooth greyed out on my Iphone 12 Pro, when updating to ios 17.1.1. This was fixed when I installed the 17.1.2 update 3 days ago, But today suddenly the Iphone restarted by itself, and wifi and Bluetooth are greyed out again. Still on ios 17.1.2. What is going on ?

The exact same thing happened to one of our phones! Apple told me it is going to be $492 to diagnose. It worked fine up until 2 days ago. The I was able to do a hard rest and got it to work yesterday. Now today nothing will work. We did a hard reset, soft reset and 2 back-ups and nothing!!!

My iPhone 13 suddenly restarted when my battery was on 5%, I noticed my WiFi button was greyed out almost immediately then after a while I noticed my Bluetooth had a never ending buffering but I thought maybe it was cause of the low battery that my WiFi and Bluetooth greyed out. Fast forward to my iPhone being fully charged and the issue remained. I updated my phone to the latest IOS, IOS 17.3, I also did a hard reset multiple times as well as resetting my network settings up to 4 times and still no solution yet! My iPhone 13 was brand new and I got it 6 months ago, battery health is on 100% so I really can’t fathom what the problem is and there’s no way I’m replacing my phone.

This is not paranoia, nor is it “highly unlikely” as Apple has already been SUED for deliberately damaging older devices, forcing people to update their phones, further breaking them, to force us to spend money on newer devices. It’s still going on, you are being gullible for falling right in their trap.

I suspect they are currently messing with storage, especially since the 15 supposedly has the most space. When it was released, many users complained about no longer having storage. Although we’ve been paying for it for months and years with no previous issues until this new one with “more space” came out.

My wifi isn't working since last year and ive been really hurting so bad with wifi networking please did anyone have a way i can through this.. since i updated my Iphone 12 pro since last year december is driving me really bad

It fersure has to be because right after my update it stopped working as for other people as well. I hard resettled everything on my iPhone 12 mini and it’s still not working now their saying it’s hardware problems no it worked great before I updated it !

Lost my iPhone 13 yesterday. Put it in lost mode and eventually got it back. WiFi and Bluetooth greyed out and (as someone else also mentioned), the Bluetooth in the settings app is just an indefinite loading icon. Tried resetting network settings, updating the last software and restarting it multiple times. Contacted Apple who said I had to turn it into a store. I could have possibly dropped it, as it had some scratches on the screen when I found it. Has the motherboard likely been damaged? Will they be able to fix it?

Thank you, I’ve gone into the Genius Bar 3 separate times for this. They say it’s not a hardware issue and advice was to reset phone to factory settings. It keeps coming back up :(

It’s called planned obsolescence. Happens all the time. It’s not just a coincident that all these older phones suddenly have the same issue. Wake up.

Except now Bluetooth and WiFi don’t work at all.

Tried resetting network settings, hard restart and a reset to factory settings and nothing has worked.
