How do I stop keynote duplicating same presenter notes every time I go to work on one slide deck?

Its frustrating and impractical to have to do 'revert' 'browse all versions' every time I go back to it? How do I stop this keep reoccurring? Any help would be really appreciated.

Hi Gary,

Thanks very much for the reply, so to answer your questions

  1. ’duplicating the same note’

i have a slide deck of about 20 slides, some with, some without notes, but when I go back after eg a cuppa, the deck seems stuck’ on the last presenter notes I wrote- that note still appears when I create new slides/ can’t create new notes, and when I click on other slides already made, it’s still the ‘stuck set of notes’.

2. No, there are not two copies of anything, just the one deck. I save it at end of each session making it… done it over a few days.

would value your expertise. I find it really frustrating, I use Microsoft ppt decks/software at work and find it much better all round - never had this problem, much better templates / smart art really useful for business data/ pitch slides.

many thanks,

Rosie
