Can I Disable Hide my Email or Keep it from Autofilling?

Has anyone figured out how to disable the Hide my Email feature, or admitted that it can't be turned off?

no way to disable, yet ., .. but you can try this for the option of choosing another email address.

I'm doing this from an iMac

In your contacts on "your card", make sure you have a default home email address setup.

If not, included it.

You will then have an option to "hide my email" or select your home email when you go to a webpage.

Not perfect .. but works better than only having the "hide my email" pop up option

Short of abandoning iCloud+, I don't think there is a way to disable it.

Maybe you can answer this question I keep asking but never get an answer.

For me, it never tries to autofill itself if there is already a matched email address for the site.

Even then, I never see Hide My Email unless I dig to the bottom of my list of email addresses, so I don't understand why it is such a problem.

Does yours not work like that?

If it doesn't, the problem likely isn't Hide My Email, but something interfering with the autofill algorithm.

The only option I am getting is "Hide My Email". I wouldn't mind if my email was listed as an option, but it's not. I can select "Hide my Email" or I can type in my email.

I guess that is what people are complaining about. Hide My Email doesn't exclude you other emails from being a choice, so something else is wrong. I don't have any idea what that might be. It could be a weird bug that only appears for some people.
