icloud download to new phone

Transferred contents of old iphone to new one... But some photos are stored in icloud. How do i download all of my icloud acct onto my new phone? Settings tells me that if i turn icloud off i have 30 days to download data - how? (PS - my old iphone was only partially backed up). Thanks in advance.

New Phone, Not syncing pictures - will it still go into iCloud? Hi everyone! i got a new iPhone 16 and would like to set it up. Is there a way to get everything i had from my old phone BUT the pictures? like keep the pics on iCloud but not in my library? I saw them say i should turn off „sync this iPhone“ so I’m not sure. And if so - will it still upload my new pictures/videos to iCloud If i stop syncing? also open for other suggestions. thank you!

How do I recover my photos and videos using iCloud on my new iPhone? Please help me because my iphone 14 pro max felt into the sea and I cant use my phone. I ordered a new phone (16 pro) and I need my photos and my videos. I have an icloud+ and I cant use that because I need to verificate myself in 2 steps and the 2nd is use my iphone but it isnt working. How can I download my photos and videos? Settings > [Tap your name] > iCloud > Photos > iCloud Photos [Enable]

Enabled iCloud for Photos / Notes / Videos / Reminders / Messages etc (As Shown in the Pic below) and have all data from iCloud and all other devices that is logged in with the same Apple ID.
