Wrong App Store account balance

I had $30 in my App Store Account.

Added $70 Gift card and now my balance shows $70 (even after I logged out and restarted Mac).

Of course I didn't take a screen shot as it happens to me first time, so there's no proof.

I can't track my spending as Apple doesn't show transaction history.

Any advice?
