Imazing software battery health

I recently downloaded Imazing software to determine the amount of full cycles I have used on my IPhone 13 Promax. I noticed that the battery health reading on the software was 90% and the battery health on IOS was 95%. The battery cycle count was 46. Does Imazing determine battery health a different way than IOS?
