Blue box with question mark?????

How do I get rid of the blue box with question mark? I have noted elsewhere on this forum that ‘there is nothing apple can do about it’. Really?

this only started when I got my new phone a few days ago (SE 3rd gen). My SE 1st gen and my awful 5C has no such issue. I have updated to latest IOS 16 too…. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise the phone is going back to the store and I will return to my older phones!
