yes I broke my iPhone SE and got a new iPhone 11 I wasn’t able to save anything off the broken phone except for my photos and music I saved in the cloud but wasn’t able to transfer or download all my ringtones or notification sounds I had purchased through iTunes Store anyway how I can get them back or just have to purchase them again?

Use the same Apple ID then you get them on your new iPhone.
Your Apple ID is the personal account you use with all Apple products and services. It includes the email address and password you use to sign in, as well as the contact, payment, and security details that you use with Apple.
You can’t merge multiple Apple ID accounts.
