Touchpad on MacBook Pro not working

The first time I used my MacBook Pro this morning, I realized that the touchpad isn't working. What are some solutions? I've tried easy things like restart and then powering it off and on, but that hasn't worked. I'll call support later, but in the meantime what else can I do? It's a 2020 13-inch model with Intel Iris Plus graphics, in case that's relevant.
