Search Apple Music on iPad with iOS 16

Apple Music on iPad (version iOS 16) says “You’re Offline on in Airplane Mode” even when I’m not! How do you fix it?

Apple Music indicates “Your Offline” when iPad is connected to the internet via WiFi I have tried all of the suggested fixes found on line including wiping the iPad and reinstalling/downloading everything (many hours lost). Recently update IOS and am running the latest version.

I figured it out. When I turned off the VPN, everything went back to normal. Normal search function returned to Apple Music.

I figured it out. When I turned off the VPN, everything went back to normal. Normal search function returned to Apple Music. I guess Apple does NOT want us to use a VPN!!
