YOU’RE OFFLINE! when I’m not. I’ve removed the app and reinstalled it. Reboot my iPad and everything else everyone has suggested and it’s still showing Turn off airplane mode or connect to Wi-Fi

Hello Nicklutu68,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities and for sharing these details with us. You've done a tremendous job in troubleshooting this issue you're experiencing when using Apple Music. There are a couple more steps we'd like to suggest. These steps could help further isolate your issue:

1.) Make sure you're not using any VPNs on your device. They can sometimes interfere with communications: Check VPN (Virtual Private Network) and third-party software to help resolve network connectivity issues - Apple Support

2.) If you any pending updates, please install them. This can usually help with unique issues, since updates include fixes. Just in case, this link can guide you through the update process: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

1.)Back up your device using iCloud or your computer.
2.)Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
3.)Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.
4.) If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install.
5.) Tap Install Now. If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do: If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support

If you have no VPNs installed and you're fully updated, please reach out to Apple Support for help. They might have to investigate this issue further with you. Just in case, use the following link to reach them: Get Support

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Best of luck.
