iPad Air 5 Display Sticking Sound

Hi, my iPad Air 5 m1 model's display is making some kind of sticking sound when I slightly press it. This is my second iPad Air 5, first one had some kind of touching problem so I got it replaced but the second one has this sticking sound (and I cannot replace it since I have been using this one for couple months.) I actually talked with Apple Support and showed it to some professionals but it seems Apple doesn't care the problem exists unless it affects usage. It is not getting in the way of using iPad but since I use it mainly for my education this sound is kind of disturbing. Any suggestions about what to do?

This is unfortunate because you are unable to enjoy the full experience of using an iPad. The issue you are having is obviously hardware related and is not preventing the iPad from operating normally. It is very difficult, in this circumstance, to prove whether this was a manufacturer’s defect or damage caused due to owner’s negligence. Above all, is this classified as a defect? You are in a difficult situation.

In my opinion, I do not believe that you will be able to resolve this and therefore may have to continue to deal with the “sticking sound”. It is very unfortunate.
