Cannot do Whatsapp call with Siri

To fix the problem, you have to: 

Open WhatsApp app on your iPhone > Settings > Privacy > Screen Lock > “Require Face ID” / “Require Touch ID”. Disable it.

I had the same problem. It works with me.

You may have to disable some features on the iPhone. Contact WhatsApp to find out what they need to be able to talk to Siri.

I was so stuck with this problem and I tried everything, even went to the apple customer care and even they couldn’t help and months later this is the exact solution for this problem. Now it is working again. Thank you
